Prayer is essentially the powerhouse for the Christian Church. At First Ards we seek to provide a variety of opportunities to engage in prayer.

We meet for congregational prayer on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7.45pm and on each Sunday at 6.30pm prior to the Evening Service.

Special prayer days are also arranged, generally on the last Saturday of each month, where time for prayer is extended over a twelve hour period, allowing for flexibility. This takes place in the Prayer Room.

Prayer time allows us to pray for the needs of our people, our Church home and abroad, those people being persecuted for their faith to mention but a few. Everyone will be made welcome.
